This is a World War II Japanese last ditch Type 30 bayonet made for all Arisaka rifles under Japanese supervision at Jinsen, Occupied Korea in about 1945. Jinsen is now called Incheon and is on the West coast of the ROK.
Bayonets made in Japanese occupied Korea are much rarer than bayonets made in Japan during the war.
This a last ditch bayonet with squared pommel and wooden scabbard, metal throat and metal tip.
There are no structural issues with the bayonet. The cross guard is tight as are the grips; the push button spring for attaching to the bayonet lug on the rifle also operates freely.
