WW2 Japanese Propaganda Book Invasion of the Philippines

This is a very rare Japanese photo book on their conquest of the Philippines. In 1943 it wax published in the Japanese occupied Philippine Islands.

What is really interesting about this book is that it comes with a complete translation of all the Japanese captioned photos.

There are  hundreds and hundreds of photographs in this book.

It starts with review of the Japanese generals and commanders of the operation.

Throughout the book will find Japanese maps with dates of their conquest of various portions in the Philippine islands.

The format appears to be pictures of the battles, the aftermath of the battle, followed by the Japanese showing benevolence for the Filipino & captured American soldiers.

The conquest of Battan, as well as Corregidor are covered in this book via numerous photographs.
