This is a World War II Japanese army enlisted and NCO tropical shirt.
It was made with three-quarter length sleeves with vents on the sides which are secured by buttons.
It has corporal rank sewn to the collar.
The markings inside indicate is a size large. It measures 40 inches around the chest.
The year of manufacture is not legible due to laundering and use. Â These were made throughout the Pacific War.
The buttons are made of wood.
As is typical for these tropical combat shirts, the collar is a slightly darker shade of green.
