A decent set of black painted binoculars. These were standard issue in the Army, SS and Luftwaffe.
This pair has the artillery and mortar fire adjustment reticle inside the right side.
Marked by the maker and serialized.
The bakelite case is in nice shape.
These likely were used in an armored vehicle as the should strap was purposefully removed and used without it in this way. It would be much more difficult for a foot mobile soldier to have carried these without the belt loop.
