This is the photo album of an enlisted man in the 5th Bn 54th Artillery Regiment. More than 60 photos are inside.
The first few pages have prints of Hitler then high ranking generals. This was standard.
The original photos begin from the time he was a recruit in 1936 and cover events into 1938.
All the captions are translated!!
This regiment was part of the invasion of Poland, then Russia and they also fought in Italy where this was likely captured.
