A wonderful Marine Corps Korean War Squadron patch and Scarf/flag in a frame.

The printed scarf is much more rare than the patch but together they make a wonderful and hard to find Korean War Marine Aviation display.

VMA 121, which flew Skyraiders, deployed in 1951 to Pyongtaek, Korea.

The Skyraider carrier 9,000 pounds of bombs! In fat, this squadron dropped more bomb tonnage during the Korean War than any other Navy or USMC squadron!!

This unit saw much action in support of grunts during the Korean War. Other targets included North Korean enemy airfields; supply dumps; bridges; railroad yards etc. VMA 121 stayed in the ROK well after the 1953 ceasefire.

If you wish to have just the scarf and patch shipped without the glass frame, let us know and we can adjust the shipping fee accordingly.
