Hand painted Squadron patch from the 409th Bomber Squadron which flew B24s in the ETO.

They flew out of England and later France and were part of the 93rd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force.

Their campaigns included. Air Offensive, Europe; Normandy; Northern France: Ardennes-Alsace and Central Europe.
