These are the Model 1943 shoulder boards made and continued to be used during the 1950s for issue on the pullover uniform shirt.

The various stripes and their orientation signified the rank of the wearer.

These are still attached by string from the factory.

They are wool without moth damage.

Very nice early Cold War insignia.

This lot is a single pair with one fat stripe and a perpendicular narrow stripe.
