We suppose that the term upside down down pineapple has to do with fragmentation grenades used as booby traps. We found that Le Minh is a district south and west of Saigon. Do your own due diligence and see what you come up with.
The material feels silk like, but we cannot say whether it is actual silk or just a synthetic material. This pennant is done in typical, high-quality, hand embroidery. It had gold fringe. It has a mesh like backing. This pennant measures 11 across the top and 14 inches down the center
