The VC and NVA made extensive use out of captured cargo parachutes.  They turned them into uniforms and capes.

This case has been modified for a sniper.  It shredded scrim that comes down from the hood, seen in wrist loops, sewn in neck tie and a sewn in waist tie.

This is the only one like this I have ever seen.  Has matching material camo carrying bag.
