This is one of the standard NVA pistol belts  issued to enlisted personnel as well as to the VC.

It is made of heavy-duty, khaki, cotton webbing with a metal keeper and a small interlocking buckle.

The frame of the buckle is not dated because it is aluminum. An aluminum frame is an unusual variation. We seldom see these made this way. . Most are dated on the buckle’s interior frame.

If you appreciate and collect battlefield pick up used equipment, this is a great choice. We have other salty Vietnamese communist field gear to complement this belt.

These were also sent by the People’s Liberation Army to Pathet Lao and Khmer Rouge.
