This is a scarce four page NVA newspaper from 1965.

NVA Political Officers, who were superior to and who paralleled their military counterparts, maintained ideological control over troops with this very newspaper. 

Through these short newspapers, the unit Political Officer would inform his troops about NVA victories on the battlefield; issues back home regarding such things the abundant production of food, weapons & the sound political decisions of the communist leadership in the north.
