This is a very rare issue sweater. It higher quality.
These were worn in the Central Highlands in the Witner months where it does get cool. They were also worn in the North. I have only fewer than five one of these. This has standard ChiCom brown plastic buttons.
The chest is approximately 36 inches or 92 cm around measured under the armpits. The sleeves are approximatley 19 inches or 48 cm measured from the armpit seam to the end of the knitted cuff.
It is marked 2 in the neck with a red rubber stamp. 2 is Asian Medium.
