This a pre 1975 issue NVA Diary, thick, with plastic cover with the NVA Cap Badge embossed on the front and a VC flag inside.

This is without a doubt a great personal effects display item as it was made long before the Fall of Saigon owing to the VC flag inside. After the Fall of Saigon, the VC NLF were disbanded as a political and military organization as they were superfluous. By this time most of the VC units were commanded by regular NVA cadre officers and NCOs.
