Here is a hard to find NVA wartime banner.
It measures 29 1/2 x 58”. Which is nearly 2 1/2 feet by 6 feet. This large would make the perfect backdrop to your North Vietnamese Army mannequin display.
As you can see, this is an economy flag made during the war to save on material and labor.
Here, they took the red cotton field and cut out the center in the shape of a star. After that, they sewed a single star over the cut out. In this way, they saved both material and time rather than lining up two stars, one on both side of the flag.
