This is a very rare photograph of a Chinese peoples volunteer officer during the Korean War.

He’s wearing his winter uniform. On his leather belt is a holster for the Chinese type 51 Tokarev, the standard pistol carried by Chinese officers later in the war. Not how this gunfighter is wearing his pistol in a cross draw!
