This is a Chinese People’s Volunteer Officer’s Tunic & hat from the Korean War.
As you can see, this is a higher quality wool tunic and wool hat. This is the type of uniform that the Chinese negotiators were at the Panmunjon peace talks.
Enlisted men did not get such nice wool uniforms. They received cotton.
The inside of the tunic is well marked as you can see. It is named to 匡有利 Kuang Yiyi.
The cap measures approximately 55cm inside circumference.
The tunic chest is approximately 43 inches / 109 cm measured under the armpits. ;
Tunic collar is approximately 15 3/4 or about 40cm collar.
Overall tunic length is approximately 29 inches or 73.5 cm from the top of the collar to the bottom seam in the rear of the the tunic.
