VERY LOW SERIAL NUMBER indicating possible first few months of production in 1934.

Made by Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Company, Waffenfabrik GmbH, Solingen-Wald.

Because it was in service for as many as 10 or 11 years, this appears to be an arsenal rework.
