A very fine DFC medal in the original issue Coffin Box with the Original Citation.

Initial research shows that Thomas D. House, Jr., a Georgia Native, is a 1959 graduate of the US Air Force Academy.  Records seen indicate he made it to the rank of Colonel, at least.
