The North Vietnamese Army has an issue fighting knife. It had a bowie style blade, with and without blood grove.  Handles were made of wood with copper rivets, either two or three, or a molded plastic handle.  There was a large size blade and a short size blade version.

Scabbards were leather with a brass rivet on the handle closure strap.
