A heavy canvas two cell pouch designed for short handle stick grenades.

Shoulder straps were often removed to prevent chafing on the shoulders during the march to the South on the Ho Chi Minh Trail. This one still has it.

The back is marked A7 C2 which is NVA code for 7th Platoon 2nd Bn.
