A very nicely demilled RPG-2 40mm anti-tank rocket laucher. In the early years of the Viet Nam War, this was the primary antitank weapon carried by the NVA and VC.
This one is Bulgarian made. Like all communist countries, Bulgaria supplied war material to Hanoi.
The ChiCom sling is correct and covers the muzzle and rear while in transport mode.
THIS IS A LAWFUL DEMIL where the 40mm+ deactivation hole was cut UNDER the heat shield. This is the way they were allowed to be done decades ago. All the current imports have the 40mm+ hole saw cut in front of the tube leaving an ugly display item. Also, in keeping with the ATF “functional destruction” requirements, the firing pin was removed and two steel rods were welded into the tube.
