Finding jungle used AK and SKS slings is challenging.  Usually they are still attached to the bring back rifle.  Over the years I have collected a few spares and can offer them here.

To distinguish between issue slings: SKS slings have two metal D rings at the ends with leather tabs; AK slings will have a single metal D ring and either a metal clip on the very earliest slings or a leather tab.  The early ones with the metal clip seem to date from the late 1950s and very early 1960s.

Slings really dress up a Viet Nam bring back so pick one up while they are in stock.
